Job HeadingSales & Technical Support Executive
Job DescriptionKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Identify key customers and work with them to undertake product performance trials. • Define the trial protocols for customers. • Train and hand-hold hatchery technicians to undertake trials and monitor performance. • Trouble shoot issues related to trial protocols and ensure successful completion. • Develop good relationship with customers. • Evaluate and improvise current practices of hatchery/brood stock farms. • Create and analyze data of trials with the line manager and Global Marketing team. • Up to date on the global best practices and evolving trends in India. • Generate sales from the customers in coordinate with the Sales team of the Distributor. • Achieve Sales targets. • Ensurecomplianceas per theguidelinesof the country andlocalregulatoryrequirementsincludingbutnotlimitedtocommercial,EHS,quality, business ethics, etc. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS • Number of trials conducted and their successful completion. • Conversion of the trials to actual sales. • Sales revenue. • Database generation for India. • Compliancewithlocal regulatory requirements Competencies: • Sound understanding of functioning of a shrimp hatchery and brood stock farms. • Excellent selling skills. • People management skills. • Good negotiation and analytical skills. • Collaborativeskills
