Launch Phase 1. Undertake market & customer study in each potential market. Propose & obtain alignment on a global sales & marketing strategy & launch phase budget 2. Work with respective Country Manager to prepare & rollout launch gameplan in that country. Undertake extensive market & customer development. Set up all regulatory compliances 3.
