About Job

1. Responsible to conceptualize and manage various cross-functional business initiatives in project mode with the use of analytical techniques. 2. An expert in the use of Lean and Six Sigma tools & methodology, ensure that the tools are used appropriately by team members, identify and assist in the removal of barriers to projects; conduct training programs at the site atleast to GB level. 3. Conduct ideation for project selection; report project status and financial results, ensuring 2-way open communication throughout the functions/ organization for the Operational Excellence. 4. Coaching & guiding Business Excellence Team – Service Function/ Mfg. Function on excellence maturity models 5. Liaising with internal customers – Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR etc. 6. Understand P&L statement & identify potential opportunities in improvement yielding benefits to organization & meet committed cost reduction as per plan 7. Driving Business Excellence team & Daily Mgmt.
