Project Management
ï Monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
ï Participating project review meetings for evaluating project progress.
Site & Construction Management
ï Monitoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
ï Inspecting field sites to observe and evaluate condition and operability of facilities and structures, and to collect field survey data and measurements.

Quality Assurance
ï To monitor and compile the QC procedures and QC reports with inspection details (Checklist, Subcontractor Test, etc.).
ï Performing in-process and follow up inspection on each work segment to ensure compliance with the contract documents.
