About Job

Key Roles/Responsibilities: 1. Developing financial models so as to enable the Investment team to assess investment transactions 2. Collating and evaluating industry comparable, market intelligence, key demand factors in macro /micro market analysis 3. Preparing Investment Committee presentation and Notes (Must be good in Excel, Power point and Word) 4. Coordinating and complying pre-disbursement and post documentation checklist 5. Post disbursement- MIS collation, comparing actual Vs business plans, NOC monitoring and highlighting of deviations from covenants. 6. Evaluating various deals from credit and risk perspective and deep understanding of Tier –II markets 7. Introducing new products for providing funding solutions to developers
