To lead the marketing and Sales function and drive top line growth by developing new avenues for demand generation, revenue generation, facilitating Zonal market expansion and penetration, nurturing and managing key accounts, alliances and sales / distribution partnerships and Farmers. Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement product positioning and messaging developed by HO marketing team
  • Implement the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for FIPL products
  • Communication of value proposition of the products to sales team and develop sales tools that support selling process of FIPL products
  • Ensure planning of launch of new products & releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Contribute to develop Marketing plans, product wise strategies and achieve targeted market share
    • Define product / portfolio strategy and roadmap (based on product competitiveness analysis)
    • Implement ideas and concepts to increase awareness, usage and product value
    • Implement sales tools and collaterals to communicate core positioning and messaging
    • Set Market programs (Schemes) to meet revenue and profitability objectives
    • Ensure appropriate product training for sales force (with help from Technology Development)
    • Conduct appropriate market research to guide business decisions
    • Implement annual calendar of marketing activities based on crop cycle
  • Implement Annual Budget and Monitoring mechanism to achieve plans in best cost effective manner
  • Implement annual product / region / season budgets for volume, revenue,expenses based on analysis of last few years’ performance and growth plans.
  • Track performance against budgets
  • Conceptualize and implement Customer Loyalty Programs
  • Ensure Sales budget are achieved -% Budget achievement
  • Ensure Success of Market Programs – Timely implementation and% target achievement
  • Efficiency /Delivery time within the agreed timelines -% adherence
  • Ensure successful Product Launch - % achievement
