ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- 1. Handling all HR and IR related issues in the plant.
2. Active role in facilitating the LTS with the trade Unions.
3. Responsible for initiating disciplinary proceedings i.e. framing of charge sheets, conducting of domestic enquiries, etc.
4. All legal matters related IR issues are followed up by the incumbent including liaisoning with advocates including attending to the cases in the court.
5. Assists the DGM & RH-HR on the specific issues assigned to him from time to time such as man-power planning, (both management and non-management), and planning for PCMM.
6. Finalizing the matters relating to increments, promotions etc
7. Recruitment of NM (Non management) level trainees, Campus Placements, and coordination.
8. Major Contribution in Business Excellence, HR Excellence Models and coordination with Head Office on the same.
9. Development of Communication Process in the plant.

4. Handling all the Grievances raised employees with prompt response.
5. Proactive ness and Spontaneity in dealing with the unions.
6. Creation of a positive culture in the plant amongst all the employees.
