This SBU has a yearly target of developing 15 ANDAs per year up to registration. He/she will lead a team
of formulation and analytical development scientists and will facilitate the project deliverables in a timely
manner. The SBU will be allocated a budget and the SBU Director will hold sole responsibility for
profitability of the SBU. The SBU Director will support the Intellectual Property and Regulatory Teams in
developing strategies for the ANDAs.
The SBU Director will actively participate and support the Business Development team in sourcing new
business for the SBU. He/She will also engage with the client throughout the project life cycle and
communicate effectively for successful delivery of the product.

6. Has a demonstrable leadership qualities
7. Has been managing a team of 25 + formulators and analytical scientists
8. Has a demonstrated experience in setting and implementing systems
9. Ability to communicate clearly and engage with international partners (technical and commercial)
The position demands enterprise, expertise, agility and a long term commitment; therefore age and
years of experience is no bar.
