Compensation and Benefits
⢠Drive the Reward and Recognition program pan India
⢠Design, simulate and implement existing & new incentive plans
⢠Lead the annual Compensation & Benefits market review process to determine or support changes in current Compensation plan/programs to remain competitive in our markets
⢠Act as a strategic partner in the ongoing development of compensation and benefit strategy
Talent Acquisition
⢠Ensure hiring of quality talent within timeline to meet organizational needs
⢠Ensure proper on boarding process for all new hires
HR Operations
⢠Effectively manage the entire HR Operations and support the employee life cycle which will in turn have a positive impact to the business.
⢠Ensure that all the HR costs are within budgets and highlight and take corrective action for deviations.
⢠Design and deploy an Employee Relation Strategy that promotes win-win relationship between the labor force and the organization.
⢠Industrial Relations & Legal Compliance
