Organization Development • Design, develop and drive OD intervention:, strategies ,processes that are aligned to the business and corporate frame work / philosophy. • Lead and drive all Change Management initiative like Lean • Develop succession and career plan strategies. • Encourage Leadership development for senior Management & critical talent Training & Development • Create the learning architecture aligned to business and functional Strategies • Implement learning Score Cards, measure and improve learning effectiveness • Participate in developing and monitoring the companies L & D budge to ensure that the bet quality of Learning and development opportunities are provided in the established budget Internal and External Communication & Employee Engagement • Lead all internal and external communication initiative related to HR • Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organizations vision, values and Purpose • Identify strategies for employee engagement that impacts retention of employees • Participate in various engagement survey’s (Internal and External) execution of the findings Performance Management • Align the Performance Management System with the corporate system • Drive the performance management system, goal setting and review process. Address all concerns around the performance review process • Integrate the PMS into the merit increase payout Compensation and Benefits • Drive the Reward and Recognition program pan India • Design, simulate and implement existing & new incentive plans • Lead the annual Compensation & Benefits market review process to determine or support changes in current Compensation plan/programs to remain competitive in our markets • Act as a strategic partner in the ongoing development of compensation and benefit strategy Talent Acquisition • Ensure hiring of quality talent within timeline to meet organizational needs • Ensure proper on boarding process for all new hires HR Operations • Effectively manage the entire HR Operations and support the employee life cycle which will in turn have a positive impact to the business. • Ensure that all the HR costs are within budgets and highlight and take corrective action for deviations. • Design and deploy an Employee Relation Strategy that promotes win-win relationship between the labor force and the organization. • Industrial Relations & Legal Compliance • Effectively manage the contract labor system • Ensure statutory and legal compliance across all office & factories pan India
