ï¶ Conduct orientation/induction sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
ï¶ Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
ï¶ Introduction of best practices - Coaching, mentoring, peer learning and web based learning
ï¶ Talent pipeline development & succession planning
ï¶ Identify high performers across the levels and chart out a development program for them
ï¶ Design action learning projects for key talent readiness and monitoring
ï¶ Manage the process of change management as and when required
ï¶ Assist the HR Head with IR related issues and grievance handling
ï¶ Work with Business Head and Head â HR on career development of high potential high performers
ï¶ Establishing the Learning and Development and Organisational Development function at Plant Organisation
ï¶ Giving a strategic direction to the Employee related initiatives
ï¶ Setting up of internal systems and processes to institutionalize the L&D, OD process
ï¶ Engage with the management and employees to align the requirements of both from HR perspective
ï¶ Responsible for the budget allocated for his function
