Evaluate and review test methods and concepts (e.g. at critical
project milestones); ensure product/project's operational
development qualities like stability; maintain ability,
performance, extensibility and integrity.
Review and provide inputs towards test concept preparation and
integration strategies.
Participate in requirement/feature specification and ensure
product & process quality as per customer requirements and
defined software development guidelines together with Project
Manager and (Lead) Engineer - Quality / Senior Quality Manager
as well as Lead Engineer - Validation & Verification

COMPETENCIES- 10+ years of total experience with atleast 5 years as Test
Architect for a big Product / Project.
He / She should be able to provide a test strategy, plan and
execute them for Products / Projects of high complexity and
ensure effective validation and verification.
Plan, execute and track test activities within projects of high
complexity and relevance adhering to timeline, quality and
features. Create test documentations in projects including
impact testing, test strategy decisions and reasoning.
Good knowledge in Microsoft technologies like .NET / C# / C++ /
Scripting / COM /DCOM etc.
Tools knowledge: Good working knowledge in Memory profilers /
Appsight / Perfomance analysis tools etc.
Good working expertise in Nunit / Ncover / Winrunner / Boost
and other mocking frameworks like pex & moles etc.
INTER-PERSONNEL SKILLS- Proactive, self motivated, Result oriented, Good communication
skills
Able to work in a team, and able to resolve ambiguous technical
scenarios.
