This individual will be expected to build a book size of 150 â 200 crores for FY 21-22 while having complete ownership of deal origination and customer onboarding. The role will be supported by Area Managers who in turn will aid the deal origination process, ensure customer servicing and drive collections from their dealers and distributors.
- The category lead will drive the strategy and manage relations at senior level with partner.
- She will come up with market defining ideas which will help Jai Kisan grow and solidify their position in the market
- She will be leading a team of account managers who will help in running ops/ managing relations at a junior level with the partner.
- Responsible for taking the assigned territory from X to 10X in 12 months
- Category lead will be responsible for the strategy in partnership with the strategic sales lead & deliver on plans with complete P&L responsibility
- Existing category expansion & adding up new customers will be one of the key objectives of this role
- Develop and drive the communication strategy with our anchors and partners for the category
- Provide proactive customized solutions, brainstorm new and innovative strategies
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
