You will build and manage talent acquisition systems and processes and sourcing strategies that serve the company’s resource needs adequately. You will create and structure policies for the workforce with periodic feedbacks and improvements. You will lead initiatives that helps create a world class team and set a work culture driven by purpose, performance and fun.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Working with tech, product team leaders to define requirements and help them hire
  • Working with the leadership team to find the exceptional culture fit candidates
  • Build processes and systems for each step i.e. sourcing, short listing, interviewing, on boarding etc - giving world class interview experience to the candidate regardless we hire them or not and hiring exceptional candidates with strong culture fit.
  • Building and executing best practices in Performance Appraisal, Employee Engagement and Experience
  • Interact regularly with the employees both formally through appraisals, reviews, one on one's and also informally to understand the team's happiness quotient.
  • Organize team building events, and consciously drive a culture of team work.
