Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Working with tech, product team leaders to deï¬ne requirements and help them hire
- Working with the leadership team to ï¬nd the exceptional culture ï¬t candidates
- Build processes and systems for each step i.e. sourcing, short listing, interviewing, on boarding etc - giving world class interview experience to the candidate regardless we hire them or not and hiring exceptional candidates with strong culture ï¬t.
- Building and executing best practices in Performance Appraisal, Employee Engagement and Experience
- Interact regularly with the employees both formally through appraisals, reviews, one on one's and also informally to understand the team's happiness quotient.
- Organize team building events, and consciously drive a culture of team work.
