About Job


This key leadership role in our client's organization will be driving P&L management of our client's domestic B2B Sales of Fresh Produce (Banana, Pomegranate, Coconut, Grapes) and Imported fresh Fruit Shipments (New Zealand Apples, South African Oranges, Blue Berries, Avocado etc.) through HORECA, Modern Trade and General Trade channels. S/he will be leading current team size of 9 professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Domestic Sales- B2B

  • Lead the forecasted sales goals through both Modern trade & General Trade
  • Drive and lead the sales fulfillment and source leads
  • Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth
  • Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information
  • Manage Customer relationships and retention

 

Imports

  • Plan and manage import
  • Communicate with clients, customs agents and transportation companies to ensure the shipments arrive in a timely manner and in good physical
  • Maintain records for accounting purposes in accordance with company procedures, including the checking of all invoices and shipping manifests for conformity to tariff and Customs
  • Negotiates with warehouse operators or distribution networks to determine tariffs
  • Reporting the sales and import data numbers to the management along with strategic input so as to bring growth in the evolving business
  • P&L responsibility for B2B domestic sales and Imports

  • Hands-on with Excel, PPT, other MS office tools, other presentation & project management tools and use of ERP systems like SAP
  • Analytical and Logical Thinking
  • Open to travel between locations
