We are looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist who has expertise and knowledge in social media recruiting, familiarity with hiring for Non-IT roles preferably in the chemical or the manufacturing sector, and the ability to meet the KPIs to have a quick turnaround time. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the TA Partner are to ensure that our client attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while building a strong talent pipeline.
Job Description
To partner with the leadership to understand the business environment and work
priorities to develop and execute innovative hiring solutions.
Work with stakeholders to determine annual hiring needs, hence should have good
stakeholder management skills.
Help to hire managers in crafting appealing job descriptions.
Advertise job postings on multiple recruiting sources.
Source candidates via various methods (like participating in events, organizing
career days, using databases, or social media).
Conduct screening calls.
Shortlist candidates based on criteria of high performance in Non-IT hiring.
Schedule interviews.
Build relationships with candidates for the future.
Track metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring
process.
Maintain recruitment data and analyze.
