We are looking for a Sales Manager who has expertise and knowledge in B2B sales for our plant protein ingredients. The primary objective of this position is to develop and manage sales of the company's ingredients to Food & Beverage customers achieving respective budget targets in volume, price, and profitability. He/ She will be responsible for proactively locating and prospecting new opportunities for the company by generating and following up on leads.

Responsible for proactively locating and prospecting new opportunities forProeon by
generating and following up on leads.
Develop and implement customer action plans.
Monitor and analyze sales results by customer and product adjusting approaches when
necessary to optimize the profit with topline growth.
Capture, translate, and communicate relevant market data back into the business:
competitive price strategy and/or actions; product demand, etc.
Quote pricing and develop commercial proposals according to the agreed strategy.
Manage and develop forecasting for customers in the territory.
Manage and develop pipeline with customers through CRM platform.
Deliver commercial presentations aiming to improve customer knowledge of Proeon
products as well as to further develop Proeon branding.
Prospect and search for new customers, and new business, and promote innovation.
