About Job

We are looking for a TA Lead with expertise and knowledge in collaborating with country management teams across APAC, including 16-17 key geographies. The individual should have substantial experience in formulating a leadership hiring strategy with outstanding communication, excel/analytical, and presentation skills, esp since this individual will be interacting closely with the top management of the APAC leadership team.

Job Description

 Develop strategies to recruit leadership and niche roles
 Drive requirements collected from stakeholders/ senior management
 Conduct market mapping for critical positions, and essential talent intelligence to maintain
candidate pool
 Screen and provide detailed summaries for shortlisted candidates to stakeholders
 Act as advisor to leadership/ stakeholders regarding compensation/ benefits, talent pool
availability, alternatives for role fulfillment
 Candidate handholding, clarification, and influencing through the hiring process to ensure good
candidate experience
 Compensation/ benefits proposals and clarifications to candidates

 Post onboarding candidate experience management
 Process compliance
