We are looking for a TA Lead with expertise and knowledge in collaborating with country management teams across APAC, including 16-17 key geographies. The individual should have substantial experience in formulating a leadership hiring strategy with outstanding communication, excel/analytical, and presentation skills, esp since this individual will be interacting closely with the top management of the APAC leadership team.
Job Description
Develop strategies to recruit leadership and niche roles
Drive requirements collected from stakeholders/ senior management
Conduct market mapping for critical positions, and essential talent intelligence to maintain
candidate pool
Screen and provide detailed summaries for shortlisted candidates to stakeholders
Act as advisor to leadership/ stakeholders regarding compensation/ benefits, talent pool
availability, alternatives for role fulfillment
Candidate handholding, clarification, and influencing through the hiring process to ensure good
candidate experience
Compensation/ benefits proposals and clarifications to candidates
Post onboarding candidate experience management
Process compliance
