Our Client is looking for a TA Lead – Leadership Hiring, APAC who will be responsible for partnering with various countries’ management team to meet their Leadership Hiring needs. He/ She would be responsible for building a strong relationship with stakeholders, have hands-on experience with social media recruiting, familiarity with hiring for leadership roles, preferably in chemical or manufacturing sector and ability to meet the internal hiring metrics. This individual must be a pro at talent mapping, headhunting, industry mapping towards identifying and aiding acquisition of Hi-Pot talent from industry to meet organisation’s growth needs.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
∙ Develop strategies to recruit leadership and niche roles
∙ Drive requirements collected from stakeholders/ senior management
∙ Conduct market mapping for critical positions, key talent intelligence for maintaining candidate pool
∙ Screen and provide detailed summaries for shortlisted candidates to stakeholders
∙ Act as advisor to leadership/ stakeholders regarding compensation/ benefits, talent pool availability, alternatives for role fulfillment
∙ Candidate handholding, clarification, influencing through the hiring process to ensure good candidate experience
∙ Compensation/ benefits proposals and clarifications to candidates
∙ Post on-boarding candidate experience management
∙ Process compliance.
