About Job
Qualified professionals with Masters in Information Technology or Computer Sciences, with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in ERP Project handling and Database Management, should ONLY apply. Candidates having multiple Project experience right from Inception to Go Live in ERP projects, strong technical & analytical skills in providing right solutions, strong stakeholder and vendor management experience would be preferred. Excellent Project planning, Communication and Customer orientation are a must.
Job Description
- Digital Transformation & Roadmap: Planning, defining, and implementing short-term and long-term IT digitalization road map in collaboration with Our client’s India leadership team.
- IT Tools, Trouble-shooting Solutions: Key expertise and understanding of Indian IT industry, vendors, tools, applications available in markets for ascertaining right solutions and cater to India needs. Ability to determine key products, tools available in market to be able to support India projects.
- Vendor Sourcing & Management: Ability to evaluate the credentials of third-party vendors, build sustainable business relationships for delivery of project requirements.
- Project Management: Implement and sustain key project determined coordinating with internal cross-functional teams and external vendor. Maintain a robust project management system from need identification to Go live stage. Manage all IT project timelines, budgets and prepare monthly reporting and presentation to management.
- ERP Systems: Responsible lead for delivery of ERP project implementation in Our client’s India operations, as per directions of management. Shall play a key role as functional consultant in delivering project right from inception to delivery and end user support. Key project implementation till go live shall be a pre-requisite.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to understand and quickly adapt to Indian seed industry and demographic practices and determine IT solutions as per need based. Study peer market practices, strong cross-functional collaboration for successful project implementation.
- Cost Management: Possess strong analytical skills, understanding companys strategies and ability to manage budgets and provide appropriate IT solutions and service based upon Our client’s Indias business affordability.
- Handle IT infrastructure, inventory, resource planning and development of Cybersecurity policies, procedures etc.
