10. Achieve superior Performance by managing the budget in the most optimal way.
11. Manage Billing and Receivables control and implementing Credit Management policies as per the guidelines issued by Head office and Zonal Head.
12. Enable and coach the dealers to profitably achieve business objectives
13. Periodically review subordinatesâ performance and implement actions to meet their Development needs.
