Job Description

Implementing final pricing strategy and finalizing techno-commercial terms with prospective customers.

Planning & implementation of appropriate 3M resources in line with the business plan.

Supervise recruitment efforts to commensurate with organizational manpower requirements.

Leading the operations team to establish a world class set up conforming to global standards.

Leading the Business Development team to set up a market specific Business Plan & Strategy for implementation.

Responsible for Key Account Management & Customer Relationship building with Senior Purchasing Management teams.
