About Job
The company is looking for a Quality Leader – Responsible for defining Quality metrics, Strengthening Quality systems & lead problem solving efforts. S/he will also be responsible for program management - Lead & Drive cross functional teams (Local & Global stakeholders) on new part developments. Lead the team on engineering systems implementation for new product lines. Responsible for conducting Risk Analysis & Manufacturing review for all new parts & processes.
Job Description

Responsible for Defining the Product & Process Engineering for all Part Families (Detail Stage drawings; Grind tolerance Sheet, Part Programs, Process Parameters for machines, Control plans, Tooling & Gauging & Packaging Instructions)

Design & implement New Gauging strategies (Bar Gauging Concepts & production part Master) resulting in reducing Operational Cost & improve lead times.

Plan and Define road map for Quality systems to attain brand approval for new parts.

Monitoring of existing process capabilities for all critical mfg. processes and drive continuous improvements

Cost Estimations- Evaluate the product feasibility and compute the finish product cost

Responsible for ensuring customer specific requirements are built into the manufacturing process. Define Manufacturing Engineering Capacity- Implement actions & Control thro continuous monitoring

Lead & Drive the Engineering Change Management process across the functions.
