Job Description
- Establishment of a new state-of-the-art R&D facility for the development of Small Volume and Large Volume Parenterals (liquid injection, lyophilized injections) and Oral Solid Dosage forms (Tablets & capsules).
- Participating in techno-commercial discussions with Managing Directors, including planning and finalising capital equipment, utilities, and projecting near-term and long-term resource requirements.
- Planning of various activities such as the procurement of API, excipients, and equipment for development activities, as well as the setup of equipment.
- By utilising alternative materials and processes, able to reduce the cost of existing formulations. Improving the existing formulation's quality in accordance with international regulatory requirements.
- Managing a CMO/CRO and an outside lab for development work Prepare the business case for overall R&D and portfolio management. Responsible for Regulated market business development activities. Heading the formulation/analytical/quality assurance and project management departments.
- Expanding into a new market segment, establishing a new R&D centre for oncology and potent development, and successfully developing 18 products with successful BE studies for the regulated market. Managing multiple projects through teams in one's own area of operation and ensure project completion within budget and on time.
