About Job


The company is looking for a Head Sales/Business Development Head for their Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) with 12 to 18 years of experience. S/He will manage the growth of its EMS services through its state-of-the-art manufacturing and R&D facility in South India. The individual will be specifically targeting the states of Andhra, Telangana, TN, Karnataka, and Kerala and also clients (including those in the semiconductor industry) abroad looking to outsource the manufacturing of their electronic components.

Job Description


  • Help create a brand for The client company and market the brand along with capabilities
  • Drive Business/Sales development for the client company (EMS, Design services)
  • Build a strategy for business expansion with a clear view of business segments to focus on and customers
  • Engage with new customers for business opportunities
  • Build a funnel of new opportunities along with the drive to expand business with existing customers.
  • Drive customer negotiations on pricing
  • Work with Finance, Operations team on quotation & RFQ process to drive Customer engagement
  • Represent Client Companies in Marketing workshops, exhibitions, seminar
  • Build a Business plan and drive sales targets
  • Build and manage a team of sales executives both within India and overseas
  • Present and follow up on business plan in Management reviews
  • Be accountable for the closure of payment as per award terms
