The Client company is looking for 18+ years of experienced professionals Involved in all the business development related decisions like Business review, importation of the latest machineries required for new Projects, plant upgradation and to set up bakery (bread) unit, New Project etc. S/He has abilities in analysis of all quality parameters of products we produced, optimizing resource and capacity utilization along with productivity and operational efficiencies. Proficient in developing and improving processes to stabilize products as per process parameters. A keen communicator with honed problem solving and analytical abilities.
Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Production of buns, breads and confectionery products.
- Production planning
- Quality control
- Labour control
- Precautions required while processing export order.
- Meeting sales target.
- General administration.
