- Prepare Region / Zone wise Budget / Sales Plan – Annual sales Plan
- Responsible for P&L of Agri-business
- Launch Crop specific grades of foliar nutrition products for different cash Crops ( Grape, Cotton, Vegetable, potato and Onion)
- Monitoring and evaluation of sales performance Vs. budget and take timely corrective measures
- Implement region specific sales promotional and product development strategies
- Strategic introduction of New Product – to gain phenomenal growth organically
- Looking for New growth opportunities through geographical expansion as well as with new product introduction
- Design & implement marketing activities such as conferences & trainings/seminars forfarmers, Retailers, Dealers, and institutions partners, for enhancing brand awareness and visibility resulting in increased market share.
