- Program management accountability for all Advanced Structures engineering, aftermarket & manufacturing support projects
- Developing go to market strategy for India and APAC Aerospace market by leveraging "Make in India."
- Lead strategic planning, policy deployment and macro planning at Advanced Structures India level.
- Institutionalize various business processes and frameworks such as risk management, project management and product development.
- Built a strong operations support team for Advanced Structures focused on quality engineering & Industry 4.0 with plans to develop manufacturing engineering & direct material procurement sub-teams.
