The incumbent will be required to closely interact with the Top Management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the business goals and outlook for future, while being based at client company location. However, at no point this is an IR or plant specific HR role and encompasses the entire gamut of HR activities across corporate, sales and manufacturing organizations. Since this individual will be leading a team of Mgr/Sr Mgr level professionals managing employee life cycle for the organization, prior rich experience of Organization Development and Change management is must. With a permanent employee base of 1000+ out of which ~800 are based out of plant, this role will be working closely with corporate office as well as manufacturing sites to continue the legacy of ensuring that client company remains an employer of choice.

Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Support HR head to develop and execute the HR strategy and annual HR plan.
  • To create visibility and ensure strong HR outreach and integration across Corporate Office, Manufacturing unit and Regional Marketing Offices.
  • To develop HR capabilities across organization and review, identify and structure Talent Management interventions to ensure growth with strong ROI metrics.
  • To create career paths for high potential individuals in the organization, facilitate to grow and develop them into leadership roles and to create succession pipeline for all critical roles.
  • Improvise and drive innovation in HR systems. To implement best practiced HR policies, procedures and initiatives to ensure that Company manages its’ employees consistently and fairly, and to maximize the contribution of individuals to the goals of the business.
  • Manage the process of change management as and when required and conduct HR benchmark surveys towards further improving organization’s HR practices.
  • As a business partner drive various employee engagement and employee retention methods best suited based on organization diagnosis.
  • To lead other HR initiatives from conceptualization to execution and assess their contribution to organization efficiency.
  • Review of organization structure of all divisions. To provide a source of expertise in organizational design.
  • To ensure that Company ensures excellent Employee Relation through appropriate communication, consultation and the consistent treatment of all employees.
  • To ensure HR Data integrity, and drive continuous improvement in HR administrative processes, analysis and reporting.
  • Overseeing routine HR activities – Talent acquisition, Onboarding, L&D, compliances at all levels and suggest ways for improvising the HR life cycle activities.
  • Participation in compensation & benefits benchmarking surveys and conferences, industrial visits etc. to understand the best prevailing HR practices and take necessary roadmap to implement them.
  • Increase organization efficiency and effectiveness through PMS, policy formulation, deploy reward and recognition program and drive employee engagement.
  • Active participation in SAP and compliance tools towards implementation of projects.
