About Job
The client company is looking for a Chartered Accountant having 10-15 years’ of experience (minimum) preferably working in small or medium manufacturing or agri enterprises with a good understanding of the Ind AS and related requirements of the Financial Reporting (Standalone and Consolidated both), Companies Act, and Taxation Laws (Direct and Indirect both) will be an ideal fit. The person should have worked in SAP driven accounting standards and should have hands on experience in deploying SAP S4 HANA/RISE for the finance department.

- Creation of strategies to mitigate risks arising from critical accounting processes

Operations:
- Accountabilities
- Management of day to day accounting operations
- Implement and Monitor month, quarter and year-end closeout accounting activities
- Ensure adherence to various compliances across legal entities
- Ensure consistent audit preparedness and resolve periodic audit findings
- Key Performance Indicators
- Updated books of accounts as per set timelines
- High accuracy in financial data
- Zero compliance violations
- Reduction in issues from audit reports
Stakeholder Management
- Accountabilities
- Establish strong professional relationships with regulatory authorities
- Establish strong network with industry professionals to stay up to date with latest accounting policies

- Effective management of regulatory inquiries
- Timely implementation of policies as per changing landscape
People and Systems Management
- Accountabilities
- Creation and Maintenance of Internal Accounting Corporate Policies
- Monitor and implement industry best practices and emerging technologies (ERP, etc.) to automate accounting process
- Training and development of accounting team for improved efficiency and retention
