The role involves designing organizational-level metrics and conducting measurement and Root Cause Analyses, with interventions as necessary. Extensive utilization of data analytics skills is required to extract insights from data for informed decision-making throughout the transformation process.
Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Developed and deployed multiple analytics models and visualizations across diverse domains such as Program Management, Financial data on NPI Revenue, Product development, Software productivity, and Staffing process in collaboration with respective functions.
- Implemented effective software engineering practices and metrics across teams, resulting in improved productivity and quality.
- Demonstrates moderate expertise in creating prompts using the GPT API.
- Possesses strong Program management and Product development knowledge, contributing to the successful exit of programs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, has extensive experience in engaging with global stakeholders across Product development, Contract management, and financial negotiations.
