• Incubate business segments from conceptualization to full-scale operational setup, leveraging strategic foresight.

Operational Excellence and Process Optimization:

• Optimize business processes and spearhead system implementations to foster organizational resilience.
• Drive operational enhancements to ensure delivery excellence, claims realization, negotiation, and meticulous cost monitoring.

Strategic Growth Initiatives:

• Implement cutting-edge business strategies to align project projections with organizational goals and optimize working capital utilization.
• Spearhead business development endeavors and explore new opportunities within the dynamic water segment landscape.

Project Management and Resource Optimization:

• Steer project activities, adept resource management, rigorous tender evaluations, and contract management for large and medium-sized projects.
• Seamlessly integrate project implementation with advanced technological solutions, particularly proficient in SAP Project Structure and Material Management Module.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 17+ years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in EPC projects, with a focus on the water and environmental sectors.
• Proven track record of leadership in nationwide execution and technical operations, ensuring profitability and operational excellence.
• Strong strategic management skills, with the ability to incubate business segments and drive operational enhancements for sustainable success.
• Demonstrated proficiency in optimizing business processes, fostering high-performing teams, and implementing cutting-edge strategies.
• Expertise in project management, resource optimization, tender evaluations, and contract management for large and medium-sized projects.
