Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Part of the Programmable Solutions Group (IP Solutions Engineering) Worldwide IP Operations team.
- Manage FPGA IP Program Management, ensuring successful quarterly Quartus Pro release to customers, including architecture alignment, spec readiness, feature delivery finalization, RTL milestone drops, DV milestones/metrics, SW functions delivery, SW drivers, SW/HW validation, and closure on SDL (Security) deliverables, etc.
- Drive multiple IP Bug Boards, IP delivery planning/execution, HC/Dev Cost Roll-up, QRC milestones, etc.
- Manage vendor relationships including SoW, resource alignment, onboarding, and milestone approvals.
- Oversee FPGA IP delivery to Silicon Level Programs.
- Ensure IP quality metrics and product lifecycle management 0.5, 1.0, and 1.1 (Production Release).
- Possess a rudimentary understanding of compliance points such as USB, Ethernet, PCIe, AEC, etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Approximately 15+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in the semiconductor or related industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs to completion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
- Solid understanding of FPGA technology and related domains.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as USB, Ethernet, PCIe, AEC, etc.
