About Job
Our client company is seeking a strategic professional with over 15 years of experience in Machine Learning & AI, capable of providing the strategy and vision to position a project from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams in following Scrum & Agile processes, acting as a scrum master while contributing technically. They should possess expertise in devising and implementing Statistical/Predictive Models and Machine Learning Algorithms using diverse sources of data. Additionally, the candidate should have conceptual exposure to applying relevant industry Data Science methods and a proven ability to deliver valuable insights through Data Analytics and advanced data-driven methods.
Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate emerging technologies that may contribute to our analytical platform.
- Design, develop, and evaluate highly innovative models for predictive learning.
- Implement machine learning and statistical techniques to create new solutions; research and implement machine learning and statistical approaches.
- Map clients’ requirements and provide best solutions involving evaluation and definition of scope, client management, quote integration, scheduling, budget, and resources of projects; lead projects from inception to implementation.
- Analyze and review business, functional, and high-level technical requirements; design detailed technical components for complex applications utilizing high-level architecture, design patterns, and reusable code.
- Prepare Proof of Concept for complete automation tools to support reduction in regression and release period.
- Create business requirements, source to target mappings, data models, and universe designs to assist in the development of highly efficient and scalable project solutions.
- Suggest corrective action plans to support the technical team; identify needs for training and conduct knowledge sharing sessions with team members on product and its modules.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in Machine Learning & AI, with a proven track record of strategic leadership.
- Strong proficiency in statistical and predictive modeling techniques, as well as machine learning algorithms.
- Experience leading teams in following Scrum & Agile processes, with the ability to act as a scrum master.
- Conceptual exposure to relevant industry Data Science methods.
- Expertise in delivering valuable insights through Data Analytics and advanced data-driven methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
