About Job
Our client company is seeking a Senior Program Manager with over 16+ years of experience in Program Management, specifically in Automotive Embedded software development in AD/ADAS and Passive Safety. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing bootloaders and ADAS features such as FCA, LDW, CMB, LKA, AHBA, GFHB, EDR, TSR, etc. They should be well-versed in RTOS, schedulers (OSEK), AUTOSAR, CAN, UDS, GMLAN, as well as Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning. PMP certification is required, along with strong skills in program management, project management, business strategy, project planning, project monitoring and control, risk management, people management, stakeholder management, RFQ, RFP, POCs, and process improvement.
Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Support for new business proposals (RFQ, RFP & RFI).
- Handle all process groups (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Control & Closing).
- Implement strategies and process improvements in development and test teams.
- Plan and lead the execution of all the chipsets from bring up lab till CS quality.
- Drive chipset security team workshops with cross-functional teams.
- Drive chipsets security teams for kernel & Android upgrades.
- Conduct technical content review meetings for all projects (release plan, product roadmap, etc.).
- Facilitate project collaboration meetings to share best practices.
- Manage risk and propose risk responses for all SPs.
- Determine and monitor budgets.
- Conduct monthly SP/Chipset review meetings with senior management across 3 sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, test, and performance teams.
- Monitor and control project KPIs and metrics.
- Collaborate with customers for release planning and product roadmap.
- Ensure all software deliverables are ASPICE and ISO26262 compliant.
- Lead multiple programs across 15+ chipsets across 3 sites.
- Plan and manage resources for ongoing and roadmap SPs.
- Handle new feature requests, planning, and execution.
- Lead feature review board (FRB) meetings in the security domain.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 16+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on automotive embedded software development.
- Expertise in AD/ADAS and Passive Safety systems.
- Strong technical skills in bootloaders, ADAS features, RTOS, schedulers, AUTOSAR, CAN, UDS, GMLAN, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
- PMP certification is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams across different locations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with ASPICE and ISO26262 compliance.
