Role and Responsibilites:

- Demonstrate strong team handling caliber and administrative skills to lead and manage a diverse workforce effectively.

Business Operations Oversight:
- Oversee complete business operations in the assigned region with accountability for enhancing profits, forecasting monthly/annual sales targets, and executing them within a given timeframe.

Market Expansion and Brand Building:
- Expand the market and build the brand by generating new trials and targeting potential customers and consumers.

Relationship Building:
- Initiate and develop relationships with key decision-makers in the market for business expansion, leveraging networking skills to build strategic partnerships.

Sales and Marketing Operations:
- Administer sales and marketing operations, driving initiatives to increase business revenue and market share.

Competitive Analysis and Performance Evaluation:
- Conduct analysis and competency mapping to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor's moves, evaluating performance, and monitoring distributor sales and marketing activities for deeper business penetration.

Process Enhancement and Quality Assurance:
- Enhance process operations to achieve the required quality level in products, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
