The client company seeks a distinguished strategic leader to serve as Head of Marketing & Product Strategy. This role involves formulating and executing strategic plans for portfolio management, marketing, and brand management. The individual will be responsible for the conceptualization, planning, and implementation of innovative marketing strategies that align with business goals and are within allocated budgets. Key responsibilities include developing strategic marketing campaigns, leading market intelligence, research and analysis, and enhancing brand strength. Additionally, the role requires managing campaigns through effective collaboration and leveraging traditional, social, and digital media channels, as well as creating impactful marketing and advertising content. This position will also involve revisiting the product portfolio, using market intelligence to realign it for higher profitability and increased market share.
Job Description
Must Haves:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA from a top B-School is highly preferred.
- Experience: Over 10 years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior management role, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic acumen.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset, capable of crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies.
