About Job


Our client company is seeking for professional candidates must have extensive experience in the sales / marketing of Ammonium Nitrate Solution (AN), Ammonium Nitrate Solids (LDAN/HDAN) and/or Commercial Explosives for Mining Industry. The incumbent's primary responsibility will be to handle all matters related to the AN Sales, adhering to highest standards of Safety and regulatory Compliance. Key responsibilities will encompass Customer Account Management, Commercial Negotiations and Contracting, Co-ordination with planning and Logistics, Warehouse supervision and Business Risk management, Management of Sales, collection and Fixed cost as per Budget/targets etc.

Job Description


Roles and Responsibilites:

  • Sales, marketing, and business development of explosives/TAN products for mining industry users and manufacturers.
  • Drive revenue growth and contribution in alignment with business strategy and budget targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with targeted customer organizations for business development and regulatory approvals.
  • Draft and submit commercial proposals, negotiate, and finalize deals for smooth execution of sales and orders.
  • Provide customer support and resolve issues/concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage key accounts and conduct regular business review meetings with clients.
  • Organize training programs and attend seminars to share industry knowledge.
  • Gather market intelligence and generate leads through public information and personal networks.
  • Contribute to annual revenue, contribution, CAPEX, and fixed cost management, including budget inputs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
  • Deliver performance while upholding high standards of integrity and adherence to the code of conduct.
  • Oversee the application and delivery of Bulk/Packaged/ANFO charging in the field.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, departments, and regulatory authorities.
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize capital and revenue budget schemes for better financial management.
  • Lead, train, and motivate teams, ensuring performance management and high morale among employees.
