Job Description
Principal Accountabilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead recruitment efforts for marketing and support functions, including sourcing, interviews, and CTC negotiations.
- Manage campus placements for Trainee Marketing Officers and oversee talent pipeline development.
- Handle manpower reorganization, approvals for new positions, and organizational structure planning.
- Oversee recruitment partnerships, including executive search firms, background verification agencies, and job portals.
- Develop and update job descriptions for new and existing roles.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding and induction experience for new hires.
Employee Welfare & Benefits
- Administer and review employee welfare policies, including Group Health Insurance, Group Personal Accident Scheme, and Group Term Policy.
- Benchmark employee benefits against industry standards and recommend improvements.
- Manage voluntary plan rollouts, conduct awareness sessions, and handle escalations.
- Continuously assess and resolve employee welfare-related concerns.
Performance Management System (PMS)
- Drive the goal-setting process for marketing and support functions.
- Facilitate the annual appraisal cycle, including performance evaluations, calibration, and communication.
- Prepare promotion proposal presentations and Management Committee (MC) notes.
- Oversee the implementation of employee transfers within marketing and finance divisions.
Strategic HR & Organizational Development
- Design and implement strategic HR initiatives to drive organizational growth.
- Collaborate with consulting firms to finalize project scope, engagement terms, and commercials.
- Develop HR strategy concept notes and presentations for leadership reviews.
Other Key Responsibilities
- Prepare HR presentations and reports for strategic business reviews.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to talent management initiatives and leadership development programs.
