The successful candidate will create and drive premium brand equity and awareness among key accounts and HORECA customers by leveraging digital marketing channels, including social media. They will develop compelling content, oversee customer research programs, and generate innovative ideas for product development. Additionally, the role includes championing BTL initiatives, customer loyalty programs, and influencer marketing strategies, as well as executing impactful PR activities. Collaboration with key account leaders and creative agencies is essential for successful brand advocacy and market growth.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive premium equity and brand awareness among key accounts and HORECA customers using digital marketing channels and social media.
- Develop compelling content around the brand proposition, including static and audio-visual formats.
- Manage customer research and insight programs, contributing to validated ideas for new product development.
- Lead BTL initiatives to build brand advocacy through round tables with chefs, exhibitions, and customer meets.
- Develop and execute customer loyalty programs to enhance brand engagement.
- Collaborate with the Business Head of Key Accounts & HORECA to design and implement brand advocacy programs.
- Build premium brand equity for the company within key accounts and HORECA segments.
- Create and execute influencer marketing strategies, including working with bloggers, food experts, and chefs.
- Oversee all PR activities and press coverage to boost brand visibility.
- Manage the conceptualization and creation of all brand collaterals.
- Collaborate with digital marketing agencies, content creators, and AV production teams to produce brand content.
- Utilize strong capabilities in digital marketing, social media, and website management.
- Leverage tech platforms such as CRM, DMS, etc., to enhance marketing efforts.
- Develop and execute strategies to establish the brand as a leader in its market segment.
- Ensure seamless integration of all marketing efforts with the company’s overall business goals.
