  • Drive revenue growth, managing an annual turnover of ₹500 Cr+.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence.
  • Strengthen key account relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee channel sales and distribution strategies to maximize reach.
  • Enhance team capabilities, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  • Analyze market trends to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Optimize sales processes through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
  • Monitor and improve sales performance metrics for sustained growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field from a reputed institute.
  • 15+ years of experience in Pan-India sales management and customer service in Bakery, Food Service, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven leadership in managing 25+ sales professionals and driving an annual turnover of ₹500 Cr+.
  • Deep understanding of the Bakery Service sector and its key players in the Indian market.
  • Expertise in Channel Sales, Key Account Management, and strategic market expansion.
  • Proficient in sales planning, budgeting, and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking to provide data-driven insights for management decisions.
  • Ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams to achieve sales objectives.
  • Innovative sales approach to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
