Desired Candidate Profile:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field from a reputed institute.
- 15+ years of experience in Pan-India sales management and customer service in Bakery, Food Service, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven leadership in managing 25+ sales professionals and driving an annual turnover of ₹500 Cr+.
- Deep understanding of the Bakery Service sector and its key players in the Indian market.
- Expertise in Channel Sales, Key Account Management, and strategic market expansion.
- Proficient in sales planning, budgeting, and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking to provide data-driven insights for management decisions.
- Ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams to achieve sales objectives.
