Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the organization’s overall financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

  • Lead financial operations, ensuring robust internal controls, accurate reporting, and compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

  • Oversee fund management, working capital management, and investment strategies to optimize financial performance.

  • Design and implement automated financial information systems, financial forecasting tools, and coordinated budget projections.

  • Lead end-to-end finance and accounting functions, including finalization and consolidation of accounts (Balance Sheet, P&L).

  • Coordinate and manage internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely tax compliance, return filings, and assessments.

  • Drive excellence in financial reporting by preparing and reviewing comprehensive management reports (cost-benefit, variance, productivity analysis).

  • Identify strengths and weaknesses within the financial structure to implement best practices in acquisition due diligence, financial modeling, integration, and reporting processes.

  • Act as a custodian of financial planning and analysis, internal and regulatory reporting, receivables and payables management, and strategic cost control.

  • Lead initiatives to streamline financial processes, reduce risks, enhance productivity, and strengthen internal controls.

  • Improve customer and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and centralized financial query management systems.

  • Provide strategic counsel to the CEO and executive team on financial implications of business activities and support long-term business growth and profitability.

  • Foster a high-performance finance team culture through leadership, mentoring, and professional development.
