About Job


Our esteemed client seeks a seasoned and dynamic HR professional with at least 7 years of experience in human resource management. Lead– Human Resource will play a key role in shaping and managing HR policies and processes across both Zonal and Corporate levels. Responsibilities include driving recruitment, performance management, employee engagement initiatives (such as Rewards & Recognition, Training, and Capability Building), employee communication, and ER/IR activities. The role also involves managing employee welfare and benefits, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies for both permanent and contractual staff within the cluster.

Job Description


Principal Accountabilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for marketing and support functions, including sourcing, stakeholder coordination, and compensation negotiations.
  • Manage campus hiring programs for Trainee Marketing Officers.
  • Oversee organizational manpower restructuring, position approvals, and organogram development.
  • Administer relationships with recruitment service providers such as executive search firms, background verification agencies, and e-recruitment platforms.
  • Prepare and regularly update job descriptions for both new and existing positions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and effective induction for all new employees.

Employee Welfare & Benefits

  • Manage employee benefit programs including:
    • Group Health Insurance (GHI)
    • Group Personal Accident (GPA)
    • Group Term Life Insurance (GTL)
  • Benchmark and enhance employee welfare policies based on market practices.
  • Handle rollout of voluntary benefit plans, including employee sessions and issue resolution.
  • Continuously review, assess, and resolve welfare-related concerns and escalations.

Performance Management

  • Drive goal-setting and performance evaluation processes across marketing and support teams.
  • Facilitate annual appraisal cycles, including performance calibration, letter issuance, and related communication.
  • Prepare and review promotion proposals, supporting documentation, and necessary management approvals.
  • Coordinate transfer processes within the marketing and finance verticals.

Strategic HR Projects & Organizational Development

  • Design and lead strategic HR initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational capability.
  • Collaborate with consulting firms for defining scope of work, contracts, commercials, and project governance.
  • Develop and present HR strategy documents, concept notes, and intervention frameworks for leadership reviews.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Develop HR-related presentations and documentation for internal reviews and new initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, audit norms, and statutory compliance.
  • Support talent development frameworks through new initiatives and policy rollouts.

Key Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes and welfare policy administration.
  • Proficiency in managing performance management systems and HR data analytics.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in driving change management and working with HR consulting partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage escalations and resolve complex issues.
