Key Responsibilities

HR Operations Oversight

Lead and manage core HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, payroll administration, statutory compliance, and performance management.

Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent across all business units.

Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Collaborate with function heads to forecast staffing requirements and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

Talent Retention and Employee Engagement

Develop and implement programs focused on retaining top talent and enhancing employee engagement.

Conduct periodic feedback sessions, surveys, and one-on-one interactions to gauge satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.

Establish structured career progression pathways to support growth and motivation.

Strategic HR Alignment

Partner with leadership to align human capital strategies with the organization's long-term objectives.

Anticipate future HR requirements in line with business expansion and initiate proactive measures to address them.

Oversee the performance evaluation process to ensure objectivity, transparency, and alignment with strategic goals.

Address performance gaps through targeted training, coaching, and development initiatives.

Plan and implement learning and development programs to elevate skills and capabilities across the organization.

Leverage both internal and external resources and assess training effectiveness through measurable outcomes.

Reporting and Analytics

Generate insightful HR reports and dashboards to inform decision-making at the leadership level.

Monitor key workforce metrics including attrition, engagement, and productivity to drive timely interventions.
