The Corporate HR will play a pivotal role in harmonizing line and staff HR functions, taking charge of end-to-end recruitment activities and aligning human resource strategies with the organization’s evolving vision. This position calls for a thoughtful balance of strategic foresight and operational excellence, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention, and the cultivation of resilient HR practices that nurture long-term organizational growth.

Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  1. HR Operations Oversight

    • Lead and manage core HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, payroll administration, statutory compliance, and performance management.

    • Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards.

  2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

    • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent across all business units.

    • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

    • Collaborate with function heads to forecast staffing requirements and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

  3. Talent Retention and Employee Engagement

    • Develop and implement programs focused on retaining top talent and enhancing employee engagement.

    • Conduct periodic feedback sessions, surveys, and one-on-one interactions to gauge satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.

    • Establish structured career progression pathways to support growth and motivation.

  4. Strategic HR Alignment

    • Partner with leadership to align human capital strategies with the organization's long-term objectives.

    • Anticipate future HR requirements in line with business expansion and initiate proactive measures to address them.

    • Champion initiatives supporting cultural transformation and effective change management.

  5. Performance Management

    • Oversee the performance evaluation process to ensure objectivity, transparency, and alignment with strategic goals.

    • Address performance gaps through targeted training, coaching, and development initiatives.

  6. Training and Development

    • Plan and implement learning and development programs to elevate skills and capabilities across the organization.

    • Leverage both internal and external resources and assess training effectiveness through measurable outcomes.

  7. Reporting and Analytics

    • Generate insightful HR reports and dashboards to inform decision-making at the leadership level.

    • Monitor key workforce metrics including attrition, engagement, and productivity to drive timely interventions.
