- Overall years of Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years’ experience in sales/marketing of Nitric Acid, AN Solution/Solids, or Commercial Explosives for Mining/Chemical Industry
- Interaction with: Leadership Team, Cross Functional heads, Users across various functions
- Industry Preference: Large Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Cement, Petrochemical/Fertilizers, Explosives

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue and profitability growth aligned with business strategy and budgets
- Build strong relationships with customers and regulatory authorities for approvals and expansion.
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial proposals ensuring seamless order execution.
- Provide client service support to address concerns and maintain satisfaction.
- Manage key accounts and conduct regular business review meetings.
- Organize/participate in training programs and industry seminars
Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is a seasoned, result-oriented sales professional with over 5 years of progressive experience in industrial chemicals, spanning sectors such as large-scale manufacturing, oil & gas, cement, petrochemicals, fertilizers, and explosives. They possess well-established industry relationships, having independently led end-to-end sales and marketing portfolios. With sharp commercial acumen, strong negotiation skills, and deep market intelligence, the candidate brings a proven track record of driving volume growth, forging strategic partnerships, and thriving in fast-paced, compliance-intensive, and performance- driven business environments.
