Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth and continuous research on business drivers, benchmark data, economic indicators, industry trends, customer expansion plans, and regulatory developments aligned with strategic priorities.
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper for matters requiring the Leadership team’s review, guidance, and decision-making.
- Act as a strategic sounding board for cross-functional teams on issues needing Leadership team’s attention or alignment.
- Evaluate Capex proposals, financial models, commercial assessments, resource plans, concept notes, and offer documents to enable swift, well-informed Leadership decisions.
- Support the Leadership team in developing and reviewing business plans, annual targets, and progress against the balanced scorecard.
- Lead project management activities for high-impact initiatives by coordinating with multiple stakeholders on behalf of the Leadership office.
- Compile, analyze, and present data for reports, dashboards, presentations, and other management information needs.
- Facilitate and manage key governance forums; ensure effective coordination, documentation, and timely closure of action items.
- Prepare meeting pre-reads, draft minutes, and track follow-up actions to completion.
- Identify and escalate potential risks, bottlenecks, and operational concerns that could hinder smooth functioning of management forums.
- Detect and amplify weak signals, emerging issues, and critical escalations that require Leadership intervention.
- Keep the Leadership team proactively informed about critical deadlines, upcoming commitments, and priority matters.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive business information and strategic interventions.
- Support development of 3–5-year strategic plans and long-range financial planning.
- Monitor and optimize capital and revenue budgets to ensure efficient utilization and alignment with business priorities.
