As a startup, you may have financial constraints to either have a full time HR team or get consultants to work on contingency mode for various Human Resource requirements.

iCresset will hire, train, supervise dedicated FTEs on behalf of our client organizations. Idea is to cut down on the contingent recruitment costs by filtering all easy openings at our Candidate Search facility. This can potentially reduce the recruitment costs by minimum of 1/3 rd when compared to candidate sourcing through regular channels. To top it, unlike in regular recruitments, in this model there will be agreed upon SLAs basis which the performance of the FTE will be closely monitored.
