CANDIDATE PROFILE- 1. Should have Sales & Marketing exposure in Pesticides Industry 2. Good Leadership, Communication and Negotiation skills 3. Should have handled a pan India role as a profit centre 4. Knowledge of Crop / Pest/Product requirements in various geographies 5. Optimise Inventory and stock Management 6. Adept at developing new brands / markets ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- 1. Accountable for Budgeted pesticides sales for India for entire product range current year 350 Cr 2. Development & Execution of Sales strategy for pesticides business for domestic business 3. Develop Annual Sales plan and review & monitor sales on a periodic basis 4. Product brand building & management 5. Credit Control / Debtor Management / Working Capital management 6. Manage the sales team for domestic formulations business 7. Co-marketing tie-ups with for achieving sales budgets 8. Optimisation of inventory and ensure Working capital availability. COMPETENCIES REQUIRED- People
