POSITION BRIEF- The institutional sales head will be responsible for tying up with various corporates/institutions involved in large scale or contract farming. This business unit will be responsible for identifying region/crop specific nutirtional needs of the client organizations and provide them with holistic customized plant nutrition package. Hence, we are looking for people with good understanding of plant nutrition landscape in India through exposure to 3/4 different geographies. COMPETENCIES- Good with entire chain of sales cycle from Lead Generation to After Sales Service, should be able to pitch the Plant Nutrition services to top management, convince them about Nagarjuna's capabilities and generate continuous /long term orders from clients. REPOTEES- As of now individual contributor but will eventually build the team IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE- Should have institutional sales business, preferably technical sales in Agri domain.
