12. Employee Engagement Initiatives - Part of the core team responsible for initiating and implementation of all employee engagement initiatives
CANDIDATE PROFILE- Experience in Human Resources and Field/Plant Experience
Deep knowledge of human resource management and labour laws
Past or current experience in handling union / IR situation
Excellent networking and liaison with government agencies
Knowledge of Gujarati preferable
