Overall Responsibility:
· Lead the process of defining, articulating and support the selling of Analytics propositions and solutions at WNS
· Take a proactive role in embedding Research & Analytics into Industry-specific BPO offerings of WNS, and driving the Go-To-Market strategy for such embedded BPO offerings.
· Demonstrate sound thought leadership around Research & Analytics (R&A) best practices, models, frameworks, trends, etc.
· Lead practice development in focus domains; Analyze industry value chain, Identify R&A related opportunities across the value chain, build solutions to address these opportunities
· Would be handling a team up to 10 (AVP level & below)
· Support Business Units in building business plans, go-to-market strategy and help organization in executing it
